Bathroom was fairly clean and the room was a nice size.

This place got a facelift recently and the service here is real friendly. It's located near some great stores and even a dance competition venue. The staff and management work well together and make your stay very nice. It's always a good time staying here! 🌟

This place has a well-appointed hotel with a very efficient staff that knows their stuff. The room is a nice size, and there's even a pull-out bed which is a big plus. our experience here was outstanding - definitely the property of choice 😉.

I had an excellent stay at Homewood Suites in Overland Park. The evening reception was a highlight, with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel rooms felt like home, offering a comfortable environment. The fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience, and the cleanliness of the entire room was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Second day we left our room at 10AM and when we returned at 2;00 room was not cleaned. We had to wait 40 minutes to get it cleaned. They were understaffed. The front desk young lady attempted to compensate us. However, they seem to run a lean staff.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We would stay there again:)

The bedroom T.V. did not work but we watched the other one so we adjusted. As long as I can sleep that's more important!

The location is wonderful, right next door to a dance competition and many other restaurants. The rooms are always good sized and soundproof, with a ceiling fan and snacks provided. The services are friendly, including a very clean pool.

Liked the place, good stay. Excellent location, could not be better. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Jose Pepper's that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

There were central heating, cable programming and a microwave oven in the room, loved that. The location was quiet, close to everything! Our breakfast was good hot and plentiful, included bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit and hot waffles.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was situated in a good central area, making it easy to reach by freeway or from the main boulevard. Additionally, the hotel was close to an annual event that we attend, which was very convenient.

One morning the cook did not show up, resulting in only cold items being available for breakfast.
